Ability to change callerID name?

I entered a caller ID name for my second line before I knew that GVE required use of that second number. Now I'd like to change the cname of that second line, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this from the preferences.

Ooma reps, can you help me?

Hello,

When numbers are selected from Ooma, the system is setup to provision callerid name to the name you used when you activated/registered your Ooma account.

In order to change it to something else would require a charge for $19.99. If you wish to proceed, you can contact our support folks.

If you setup GVE to use your GV number as outbound caller id, your GV number will be sent to the caller. The caller id name that displays to the caller will depend on your GV number and its associated name. You can check it here: http://tnid.org. It is likely that it will show the city and state where the number was originally registered.

You can't change the caller id name for a GV number at this time but you can make that feature request to GV.
