I have my ooma connected behind the router (Xincom) and have been playing with various configurations based on the threads in this forum. For some reason my incoming fax calls seem to be dropped before completion. Outgoing faxes seemed to be fine most of the time. I've tried to set my QOS policy to UDF port number at 1194. When I enter zeros into the ooma QOS policy, the whole device goes blank. I've pretty much run out of options/ideas on altering setups. I'm still not sure what to do with the home port Mac address or whether some sort of port forwarding would make sense. Please help.

For your outgoing faxes do you use *99?

For incoming why not get a free efax number? Eliminates spam faxes too. It may be a different area code but hey it is free. :-)
