Hi! Prior to hooking ooma up my network was working fine. My network has a COX modem, Linsys wireless Router, and various wired and wireless machines. After I hook ooma up all machines loose internet conection. I have followed the instructions to the letter to include powering everything off first in addition to trying different cables. My connection is as follows: modem to internet port of ooma, network port of ooma to the WAN port of my router, cables running from my router to my main computer and others on the net work. The ooma seems to be working, but my internet stops. I did get the blue flower and ooma dial tone. If i unhook the ooma and plug the moden directly into my router my internet works again after resetting the router. Please help!

The easiest fix is to connect ooma behind the router, as you would any pc on the network.
