power outage. power returned however, no ooma "blue" light. I have 4 buttons with red lights ON. the #1,#2,trash and mail. I unplugged ooma, waited 3 minutes, turned the unit (e.g. reset) back ON. still the same. Suggestions?

Turn off modem and ooma.

Turn on modem, wait until it comes on line, then turn on ooma, then wait for blue.

If that doesn't help, unplug the ethernet cable connecting ooma to modem, then reconnect swapping the plugs and wait for blue.
