I had powered down my ooma telo while I went on vacation. When I reconnected it, I get a steady blue-lit <1> and <2>, but no light on the telo logo, or other lights, and no service. When I connect my computer directly to my DSL model, I still have internet connection. I've tried powercycling both the router and telo (router back on first, then telo), but to no avail.
