Oh oh. Looks like I have a problem. I tried that and got "Incorrect phone number or password." I wonder if that is due to my having a scout with serial number that Ooma recognized as wrong and changed during setup. I'll have to get hold of CS! :o

If you for got the password on the scout number, you can use the:

"Forgot your password? Reset it" link. It should email you a temp passwd.

You can change the password for a personal scout any time that you want to.
You specified what it would be when you created the personal device.
Just go into the personal configuration and enter a new one that you will remember.

I tried putting in a new password under personal device and it still didn't work. Then I tried the forgot password link and was able to use the temp code to put the password in again. I'm in now! Thanks for your help.
