I just got done registering my ooma box and paying to port my current telephone number over to ooma.
However, when I went to plug the ooma hub in, the power light never came on. Dead on arrival.
I am returning the unit to the person that sold it to me but I'm worried about the porting process.
What do I need to do to at this point? I'll no longer have the hub I ported my number to do to it being defective. What can I do at this point to ensure my phone number ports correctly?
