I have a "wired" desktop and also have a router for my wireless for laptops. The desktop is not wireless. I can't figure out how to install Ooma Telo so both work. I can get it to work connected to one or the other, but can't figure out how to hook it to the computer and to the router. Any help?

What kink of devices do you have?
1/ is the modem and router are combined in one device or separated?
2/ Brand? and model of the modem/router.
You just connect the Telo into the router like you do the wired Destop: using a network cable and connect the "To Internet" port on the Telo into a LAN jack on the router.
If your modem and router are two distinct devices, you can put the Telo in between like ooma recommendation.
