All blue lights on... Still updating?

I just plugged in my new Telo. I have the "to internet" jack connected to my uverse internet.

All the blue lights (including the bottom row as stated in the instructions) on the Telo have been on since it started and remain on about an hours after initially plugging in the Telo.

Is the Telo still updating? Or should I unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in?

If all the lights are steadily on, then you should be good to go. Connect a telephone and check it out.
