I just received my Teleo phone and it has charged but reads Not SUB. What does that mean? I did the directions on the quick start guide with the OOMA but nothing happens. I have the code. What can I do to register the phone?

Turn off the handset (Press and hold the red button).
Press the antenna symbol on the Telo until it begins to blink (3 to 5 seconds).
Turn on the handset (press and release the red button).
Enter the code that you got from the my.ooma.com website when it asks for it.
