Lets back up a second.

First of all, the PC has nothing to do with Ooma working, all that is required is in its simplest form is a working broadband modem.

Lets first troubleshoot by connecting Ooma to the modem, and power cycle the devices, first the modem. Then Ooma. See what happens. Then connect your PC to Ooma home port and turn on your computer (fresh IP). Launch your web browser and see if you can connect to the internet. Then try

The same cycling through the lights. Flashing red logo, brief solid red, then off a few seconds, then began recycling.
I have never been able to get into the setup page.
