I'm a new user(3 days ago). Everything went well with my Telo. Used Option 2B. Went up to the computer room tonight and saw the #1 light was out. I pushed the #1 and the #1 light came back on. I tried to check my email - could not connect. I tried my browser - no luck. Rebooted the Telo - still no internet. Reset the cable/router modem - still no internet. I can still make calls however. The internet was working until a couple of hours ago. Looking for suggestions. I have not called CS yet. The forum members seem more knowledgeable.
