Yeah thats not going anywhere. Ultimately its time to power cycle.

Curiously, how do you have your network configured, are you familiar how to ping, I would check to see if the device has a valid IP configuration and ping the Ooma device. Also check to see if the Ooma device can see the internet by connecting to the "home port", renew your coomputer IP address (reboot) and check if your online or not. Additionally if you can connect to the "home port" of the Ooma device and login to the web page and check status there.

It is VERY important that when you connect everything together that everything is powered off. The turn on your modem and wait for status to be online, then turn on the next device.
