Flashing red logo or flashing blue logo???

Flashing red logo or flashing blue logo???

I just got my unit, activated it and plugged it in. The documentation says that during the update, the logo will flash red...and mine is flashing blue. I can't find anything in the extensive documentation about a flashing blue logo. Should I just let it go, or is something wrong??? Thanks.

Thats just one part of the process, I think your still seeing the boot up process if memory serves correct.

Give it time... how long has it been.

Well, the blue logo did stop blinking; now the four lights at the bottom are coming on in sequence, over and over.
None of this sounds like what is described in the documentation. The logo never did blink red. I'll give it another hour.

I'm posting here in case this will help others.
My Ooma now does seem to be working; I just placed a call.
But, the startup didn't go anything like the documentation indicated.
The logo blinked blue for about 15 minutes, then the four lights at the bottom sequenced for awhile,
then all the lights came on, and are still one.
So, either the documentation is wrong (surprise), or there is some alternate sequence of events that aren't given.

Basicly that is what I expected and experienced, the time frame can vary for each environment.

What did your documentation indicate?
Comcast > Telo > WRT54G
