If you cannot access the Telo's web page http://setup.ooma.com
, you may find out the Telo's firmware version on the Telo Handset by pressing Menu key, under "Information" you can see "Version xxxxx".

Thank you Tony! I''m now updated and have an additional handset functioning now.
One issue resolved with 3 more to go.
1, caller ID not displaying properly.
2, credit associated with device #1 (pending)
3, deletion of MAC address for device #1 (pending)
