Update: This was due to mistakenly plugging the cat-5 cable into the "home network" port. Corrected by plugging it into the "Internet" port and rebooting the device.

After activating my newly purchased Telo device and plugging it in, the OOMA logo blinks rapid blue and doesn't appear to be functioning. The sparse troubleshooting documentation that I've been able to locate so far isn't helpful, and a rapidly blinking blue light is not mentioned.
