I have been trying to reach someone at Ooma to fix my porting. I received an email from Josh Harwood to confirm my porting, but when I call my phone number that was ported, I get another Ooma customer who told me he just setup his Ooma.

How can I get this fixed? I have sent emails to Josh with no response. I have left messages on Ooma's support center voice mail and messages here.

I run a home business and not only will I be missing calls tomorrow, but you will also have an upset 'new' Ooma customer getting my calls.

Please, someone contact me.

Yes, actually everything is fine now. Got a few calls from Bobby and others this morning and my line is mine again :)

I am still waiting for my Outgoing CallerID to correctly identify me, but I am sure that will be working soon. Hopefully, I didn't loose much business because of it. Or, maybe the guy that got my number by mistake got some...
