System: Ooma Hub

My Ooma Hub worked perfectly until I moved to a different location 1 mile away.
I still use same ADSL service provider. I can call out but all the inbound calls
go to voicemail immediately (my voicemail setup is 59 seconds ring).
Would you please help to solve this problem?

Is the envelope key red? If it is, push and hold until it goes out.
