Wrong # initialized the Broadband Answering MAchine

I just installed and when it came to initializing the broadband answering machine, the voice asked me for my # and I began to type it in. And then she talked again as I was typing it in so I started over, like an idiot... I never put in a PIN, but now my Ooma Lounge says my voicemail is temporarily down. I can figure out how to change the password, but I can't figure out how to change the #.

As the issue indicates, perhaps I am impatient. I will write tech support too and hopefully it is just a reset from downtown?? But in my impatient meantime (I may have read it can take a while to get through or get a response...), wondering if anyone else has had this issue and has a way to solve it at the hub without tech support...?
