Having gotten a defective unit the first time, I have my 2nd Telo. I plugged it into the internet before activating it. After a light up sequence, the Ooma logo started flashing blue.
I have now activated it online and received a phone number, which is 415 347 3788. It is still flashing blue. Should I let it sit for a while now, or should I power it down and then up again?
I believe the previous unit may have become broken through powering it down at the wrong time, so I don't want to make the same mistake again. But, since I plugged it into the internet before it was activated, I don't know if it is actually downloading the software it needs or not.
