I just check the I.P for the OOMA and this is what I get.

Your ooma Network is Registering, please wait...
Internet: Connected
Ooma Core: Registering, please wait...
Phone Line: No phone line detected, check the phone line is properly
connected.
Ooma Services
Phone Setup: We are waiting for your phone line to be configured for
the ooma network
Second Line: Enabled
Voice Mail: Enabled


I do not have a phone jack or something like that. I already tried unplugged it and nothing happen.. tab light still flashing.. line 1 and 2 are red..

Please help.

Yes, I activated.. then I connected everything.. and tab light is blinking. I'm able to leave messages but the phone won't ring.

You may have activated with an incorrect MAC address. Someone else on the forums also mistyped this recently and had the same problem. Try calling ooma support.

I found out what is the problem, my Comcast modem has special DNS.. I added the DNS.. but the problem persist.. I also added the gateway I.P.. and change from DHCP.. to static,.. and immediately the ooma hub come up online. And I had a dial tone.
