Help! Ooma doesn't recognize touch-tones!!

Hi, I just got an Ooma and it's great except I can't get it to recognize touch tones. I use an answering machine for my small business that has mailboxes and an auto attendant. Ooma doesn't seem to recognize touch tones to get to different mailboxes. My previous VOIP (Net2Phone and Sunrocket) did this no problem. The call quality is great, so not sure why tones don't get through. Anyone else have problems with this or a solution? Otherwise, I love the Ooma. I know I can use the built-in Ooma answering machine but it doesn't have an auto attendant and mailboxes for different people.

Be sure to email Ooma to let them know. Maybe they'll fix it if enough complain.
