Hi All-

I am trying to set up my Ooma and I am having problems with the incoming calls only. The outgoings calls are fine and whenever I try to my number it says " The person you have dialed cannot take the call now. Please hang up and try again".

Do anyone of you have this problem? If not, am I missing something? Please reply back with some solution.

Is the "Do Not Disturb" feature active? You can check by looking for a solid red envelope icon on the Hub. If you don't see any lights on the Hub, adjust the brightness with the knob on the right. To disable DND, press and hold the envelope icon for 2 seconds.

You can also tell if DND is turned on if you hear a stutter tone when you pick up the phone.
