It is about the same problem. Somewhere down there there were replies from Dennis P.
I encountered the same problem when I tried to activate my hub/scout last night. I sent an email to Dennis and he fixed it pretty quick.

The information he needs are:
MAC address
Activation code
Where you purchased the ooma device.

We've imported a missing shipment, so if your Telo activation code was throwing an error earlier today you should be good to go. If not, PM me you MAC address, activation code and where you bought your unit from and I will get you up and running as soon as I can. Thanks.
