Good news the hub is working, I retyped the activation code and it let me activate again. Bad news I am not sure if this was the primary activation and I screwed up the first time or ooma activation had a glitch. If this was the second activation and I'll be charged the voice mail fees and regulatory fee which I really don't want hence the reason I went with the hub. I'll give CS a call tomorrow to confirm. Thank for the help guys.

Did you register with the correct activation code ?
or something customer service did something at their end ?
