I just got ooma and started the porting process yesterday. I scanned the LOA, signed and initialed it, then emailed it back as a PDF file, along with a PDF copy of my phone bill. Is there any way to check the status and make sure that it was received and ooma has everything they need? The number needs to be ported before October 15, so I just want to make sure there are no unnecessary delays.

Send an email to and ask them if it was received. They seem to be pretty good at letting you know the status of the porting.
