The blue light just went out on the hub. The blue light on the scout is still lite.

I rebooted the hub and the light is still out.

Went to setup.ooma.com and found the phone is disconnected.

Both my lines work on calling and receiving.

None of the red lights work on the hub when I pickup a line or try to listen to voice mail. The red lights work fine on the scout.

I also tried the hub restore with holding down the OOMA (blue/red) button for 30 seconds during power up. Still no fix for the blue light.

Any ideas as to what can be done?
