porting number request ported number to someone else

Signed up for porting 15 days ago to assign my old number to my ooma accout. Called my old number today and got the "out of service message". Called CS and was told the port was scheduled for today. Just called the old number and it's ported to someone else. This could get interesting.

luckily, they didn't answer, but it went to someone else's voicemail

maybe it will be fixed tomorrow

it was an odd problem for a day, but Oooma CS corrected it. It took a while, but it's all good now. Thanks CS!
