No feedback on porting

I applied for porting on June 19, 2009. Since then, I have heard nothing from OOMA. Emails to OOMA go unanswered.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Is anyone at the helm at OOMA?

I too received no feedback about my port, but it went off without a hitch. My port happened faster than the docs said it would, and I noticed no downtime (although I am not sure I would have noticed an outage during the day).

Sometimes the porting process is delayed by the company losing the number and there is not much ooma can do.

you will have better luck calling ooma cs rather than emailing them
