I have had Ooma for a year now with no problems. All of a sudden my download speeds drop off to nothing when doing a speed test. I have the hub connected to the router been that way all along with no problems til now. I have 3 mb service. A test shows it at 3000 for a few secs then it drops down slowly to 90 or so and the test errors out. It seems to be sucking bandwidth. Unhooking the hub cable and speeds are back to normal. Any help??? Thanks

I had problems like that when I started using a new A/V software package. Try disabling all AV and see if that helps.

What channel is your Wireless Router set to? I had the same problem until I changed from channel 11 to channel 1 on my router. My speed went from an average of 8Mbps to less than 200 kbps. Once I changed to channel 1 my speeds have remained high.
Apparently the channel 11 frequencies were interferring with my cable intertet frequencies.

Does the speed drop even when you are not on the phone?
