I have verizon dry loop dsl. this is only dsl no phone. My integreted router is Westell 7500. So i ordered OOMA and set up everything correctly. But i dont get any ooma signal. So i called ooma customer service and asked them . They say i might have some firewall in my westell 7500 router. Then i called verizon and they say i dont have any firewall in it or in my network. But i get internet . I think its problem with ooma. Anyone have any idea? Please please help.

start menu -> run -> cmd-> ipconfig

if you have a or similar number you are behind the router.

you can see the main ip address and access the built in modem from there but be careful if you don't know what you are doing.
