On the setup page under WALL PORT I see no landline connected .. what is this?
A phone line is connected?

Wall Port indicates whether a hardwired phone line is connected to the WALL port of your Ooma device. This port is not present on all versions of the Ooma Telo.
Connected - a hardwired phone line is connected to the Telo.
No landline detected - a hardwired phone line is not connected to the Telo.
Some people chose to use Ooma with their landline service by feeding landline dialtone to Ooma's wall port.
In this mode all incoming and local outgoing calls are via the landline (including toll free and 911). Only long distance would go through Ooma.
