My ordinal one year warranty on my Telco and wireless adapter ends Feb 2013.
Any advice from the user community on what to do. The unit has been reliable, but concerned if it breaks in the next few years.

The way I look at is as follows.

Calculate what it would have cost for a years service with your previous phone company.

Calculate what Ooma has cost for the same period.

If the Ooma number is less than the phone company number you are ahead.

My last bill from Vonage was $40.32.
That's $483.84 a year.

My Hub cost $249.99.
One year of Premier service (in January 2009) cost $99.99.
The total is $349.98.

I broke even 8.7 months into the year.
All service past that point is saving me money over what I would have paid to Vonage.
