When I activated my Ooma the system would not accept a business Visa debit card number. (Tried twice) Is there a problem with debit cards? If so, why? If not what do I need to do to change my account from a credit card to the debit card?

As long as the card has visa/master logo on it, it should work just like a credit card.
Go to my.ooma.com Account Billing Information and update the card: https://my.ooma.com/account/billinginfo
