Everything Blue except Ooma - Red

Hi, I've just registered my Ooma and plugged it in per instructions. I have the Ooma set for wireless. I have the ethernet cable attached to the computer and to the Home port. I am no where near the router/modem (which is all one device)

I've been able to access the set up through 172.27.35.1 and able to access my.ooma.com however, the coma is flashing red and everything else is blue. Ideas?

How long has it been like that? Less than a few minutes? Do you get dialtone with plugged in phone?

for about an hour and I have no dial tone.

If it has been about an hour, it is safe to power off your Ooma and power back on again to see if it boots up to all blue.
