Sorry if this question was posted and answered already.

With premier you get a second phone number. Once I have my second number, can I change it at some point. I'd like to setup a number for my brother in his area code to be able to call me locally, but he may be moving to a different city in the near future. So at that point it would be nice if I could change the number.

It cannot be done from the lounge, but ooma support can do it for you. I would assume that if it was something you did more than x number of times, there might be a charge. I assume you have to call ooma support instead of doing it from the lounge so they have some control over both potential abuse and provisioning costs.
