5 min unplug did not help in Asheville, NC. Still flashing red tab with solid red 1 and 2 buttons.

It's 8:14 a.m. here in Southern California. Ooma is down. Yesterday we had 2 numbers ported, so I am unsure if it is because of that or if the service is just down.

I just unpluged the power source from the back of the main Ooma box and waited bout 3 4 minutes and reconnected. At first, it flased off and on red for about 30 - 45 seconds and then suddenly it switched over to the blue color. So I'm up and running again in Indiana, PA.

Down in Grayslake, Il. this am. I'm not suprised because our internet/intranet at work last night was down also (a very rare occurrence). Give ooma a break, the system is only as good as the existing infrastructure of the internet. I've enjoyed trouble free service since Dec 08. I don't expect much from ooma anyway since they don't get a penny from me.

Service back up around 930am.
