All of a sudden I have no phone service. Both 1 and 2 lights are red, red status bar, have great internet connection too. Support phone line is busy and I can't sign in. What's going on at Ooma? Anyone else have problems today? I am in Southern Cali.

Also down in New Jersey. Funny, I spoke with customer service this morning about something simple and I asked him how OOMA was doing business wise. He said they were doing great and that they just celebrated their 20,000th customer. Doesn't sound like a big number to me unless he meant 200,000.

The service has been down since at least 2:00 PM here (when I made my first call today). I'm in Maine.

Has anyone contacted ooma support to see what the cause is and perhaps when they plan to be back up?
