I recently activated two Telos and just noticed that I have two $10 credit card charges pending from ooma. With each device I didn't add any prepaid credits and I was under the impression there wasn't any activation fee. Are they only authorization charges to ensure my card is good and they will disappear... or are the something else I'm missing?

Yep that's correct, just credit card authorizations - the $10 should disappear from your statement.
