Can't access omma hub

I've had my omma hub installed for 2-3 years now and no issues at all.

I went to reconfigure my network and can't access my hub. I have the hub behind a router. My router states which computers are connected to it both static and dynamic ip addresses. I can't find the ooma hub listed anywhere.

Now if I connect a computer to the back of the ooma hub in the spare port I don't pull a local IP from my network. I'm guessing maybe the ooma hub is issuing me an IP or somehow its pulling it from my IP. It looks like and external IP not an internal one.

What's the deal and how do I access the hub so I can figure out what the heck is going on?

Connect a computer to the Hub's Home port.
If it's a laptop, turn off it's wireless radio.
Make sure it's set to get it's IP address via DHCP.
