When I filled out the porting request there were some options available such as "Mobile, Landline, Etc. I am porting my home phone number to OOma so I selected "Landline". Was this correct?? I believe I saw somewhere about this selection meaning something else but perhaps that had nothing to do with porting..... :?

What company? The same company can have landline, wireless, voip, etc. If smaller company and it is obvious, then no issues. They just want to target the right entity to deal with.
