I have Premier service as well as the hub and scout. My mother who lives downstairs has her own phone number on the scout. Is there a way to change the caller ID from her number because my name shows up on the receiving end when she places a call??

Since you already got the number and specified your name as the callerid, to change it, there would be a $19.99 one time fee.
