Ooma Telo Antenna does not flash

Post by Lanc011 » Fri Mar 25, 2011 7:25 pm

When I hold down the antenna button on the Telo to pair my Ooma Telo handset... The icon NEVER flashes or blinks, no matter how long I hold the button down "3- 60 sec"

I have tried both reset steps outlined within these forums. (Telo and handset resets)

In both pairing modes on the phone (currently set to "automatic") at both "power states" (on->on/off->off/on)

Last but not least- the firmware is up to date as of today and I have a ATT regular wireless phones connected to the phone line.

The handset pairing mode not kicking in maybe a hardware problem with the button maybe. Have you tried power cycling the Telo? You following instructions on this page right? https://my.ooma.com/account/system

Yes- attempted to power cycle the Telo- multiple times. First set of instructions I attempted to connect with was from the system menu instructions where I received the pairing code. The handset is near the Telo while I attempt the pairing process also. I've had the system for about a week and this is the only problem I am encountering.

If the pairing button doesn't kick in, I'd call ooma customer service and seek help.
