I have a Telo and an allworx Ip phones system, tech support from ooma said that it would work but they didn't support it. They reccommended that I go to the message boards and see if there is a fix. Now at this point I can recieve incoming calls and they are routed through my allworx 6x to the appropriate extension. Outgoing calls are non existent at this point.

I gather you've used this system with your landline before and it worked?

If so, use the unit in a way that treats Ooma's dialtone (phone port) the same as your landline from a walljack (as SouthSound said viewtopic.php?t=11120).

I'd go to my.ooma.com and enable 10 digit dialing.
