Instant Second Line

If I do not have a second line, and wish to disable it in my "Home" settings, how is this accomplished. I would like to get rid of the "The instant second line is not available" recording which occurs whenever I hang up an unanswered call and dial a new number.

If you hang up for a bit longer, you should be able to avoid that msg. When you get the msg, can you press the talk again to get rid of the msg?
