I installed Telo this weekend and using my verizon landline as backup. When I receive a call my cordless phone connected to Telo rings but when I answer it, all I get is dial tone. If I have to use other phones in the house to receive the call. What could be wrong with my setup?

How exactly do you have it set up? Where is the cordless plugged in? How about the house wiring? You said you have an integrated landline - is that plugged into the Telo WALL port? Do you have that landline separated out from the other phones?

Any other information provided would be helpful.

My cordless phone is connected to the telo phone port and I have the wall port connected to my wall outlet. I have split pairs BTW. My telo is connect between my Broadband Modem and my router. My Verizon phone# is my primary phone number activated on ooma and I do have a second line configured as well.
