Sales Support Specialist

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Department: Sales
Location: Newark, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and validate customer information over the phone with third-party vendors
  • Accurately enter customer information into CRM and support systems
  • Ensure end of day reports are accurate and concise
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services
  • Complete assigned Excel side-projects that require looking up data in our CRM systems

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Fluent both in English and Spanish
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to type over 40 WPM
  • Multi-tasking & attention to detail skills
  • Problem solving & critical thinking skills
  • Associate and/or college degree preferred but not required
