I am helping Alicia Flamenco to set up her porting number process, I filled out the aplication form, entered the credict card correctly, her phone is 509542 xxxx and at the end I got this message "There was a problem processing your order. Please contact Ooma Support for more information".
can any body from ooma email me through the email on her account, what the problem is, please. Please.

I remember having similar problems while helping a friend, had to clear his browser's cookies to go further in submitting the port request.
