the prepaid account call log doesn't update with the latest call and cost of the call..
i think ooma is charging me a lot more than it's supposed to wiht international call.. and i find the support email slow and often with wrong answers..
like i asked them if 3.5 connection fee is charged on every international call, and they said NO, but i found out it was a "yes" which kills the "lower" cost of the calls..
Prepaid doesn't show cost of the call..

"A 3.9¢ connection fee applies to all (international) calls. This fee is waived for subscribers of our International Bundle."
