Premier Annual Versus Monthly for Hub Users

I have been a happy Ooma Hub user for over 3 years. Also, I have been one of the Ooma Expert volunteers answering customer questions. My Premier service is due to renew the end of July. Why should I pay $119.99 for a year instead of $9.99 per month? It used to be cheaper when you paid for a year up front. I see that the Telo users get a free gift when they sign up for a year. Are there any plans to make the annual charge advantageous for the Hub users?

You only get a gift the first time you sign up for annual Premier. It also applies to the hub. I got a free number port when I signed up in January 2009. Annual and monthly have always been the same price more or less.

The difference was approximately 16% when Ooma used to offer the incentive to renew for a year versus one month. They appear to offer product incentives for Telo users who sign up for one year. This is not the standard free porting which all new Premier Users get.
